What has changed in KonvoLead, newest first.

October 2026

A new look. Every page of the dashboard has been redesigned to show what needs you first, in plain words. The menu is grouped into Engage, Leads and Configure. These help pages describe the new screens.

Your own WhatsApp number

• The new WhatsApp page lets you connect your business's own WhatsApp number, through Meta. Buyers then see your name and number, your message templates live on your own account, and Meta bills that account directly. See Connecting your own WhatsApp number.
• Send a test on the Templates page sends an approved message to your own phone, exactly as a buyer will see it. See Message templates.

Leads

• All leads has views for what needs you (Needs your team, Ready to buy, Site visits booked and more), filters by status, readiness, project, source and owner, and a side panel to look through leads without leaving the list. See The leads list.
• Call now on a lead's page has the agent ring that lead at once. See A lead's page.
• Bookings lets your team confirm a visit (with an optional WhatsApp confirmation), decline it, and record whether the buyer came. See Site visits and bookings.
• Test the agent and the Voice console let you try the agent by chat or on a call. See Testing the agent yourself.
• Leads now move to Booked when your team confirms their visit, and to Lost when they opt out or say no to a campaign. Imported leads who reply now show With agent instead of staying Dormant. See Statuses.
• On Overview, Inbound enquiries now counts the calls the agent answered as Answered. Before, calls never counted.

Campaigns and calls

• Call scripts: a qualifying agent that follows a script you write, for calls that ask set questions and end in set ways. See Call scripts.
• Call recording: record calls on your number, played back from the lead's page and kept for 90 days. See Settings.

Knowledge

• Delete a project removes a project and everything learnt for it. See Deleting a project.

Your team

• The Sales team page shows each person's turn, what is waiting on them, and their WhatsApp messages, and lets you remind a rep or page the next one. See Adding sales reps and managers.

Industries

• Automotive: an agent for showrooms that answers from your model and variant facts and takes test-drive requests. See the Automotive guide.

Signing in

• Change password, in the menu under your name and on Settings, changes your password while you're signed in, and can sign you out everywhere else. See Change your password.
