Ask us for

• a WhatsApp or phone number, or a change to your caller ID,
• adding or removing a colleague's login,
• a top-up for your wallets,
• a message of your own that has been With KonvoLead for more than a day,
• anything the agent said that isn't in your knowledge.

What to include

• Your company name.
• The lead's name or phone number, and the date and time of the message or call.
• What you expected and what happened.
• A screenshot of the page, if you can.
