Pricing

Pay for conversations and minutes. Not seats, not setup.

A simple usage price per WhatsApp conversation and per minute of calling, quoted against your real volume — and an enterprise agreement with a monthly commitment when you want one. Everything else is included.

Start with a balance. Pay for what the agent does.

What sets your price

Four things, and we will walk you through each.

Conversations

How many WhatsApp conversations a month the agent handles — the biggest factor, and the one that grows with you.

Call minutes

Minutes of answered calls. Calls carry speech and carrier costs that chat does not; those are inside the per-minute price, never a separate line.

Lines of business

Each vertical you run — a project portfolio, a loan product, a card range, a dealership — is its own number and knowledge base.

Commitment

A monthly commitment lowers the unit price and comes with onboarding, a named contact, and terms written for your procurement.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something not here? Ask us — we answer within one business day.

Why not publish a rate card?

Because two customers with the same headcount can have a 20× difference in enquiry volume, and the right unit price depends on it. We quote against your actual volume and put it in writing before you commit — usually within a day of the demo.

What exactly is billed?

Two things: WhatsApp conversations the agent handles and minutes of calls it is on. Knowledge onboarding, accuracy checks, buyer insights, team paging and screening out spam are never billed. A conversation that turns out to be a vendor or a broker is not counted.

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Add as many sales reps, managers and dashboard logins as you like.

Do WhatsApp’s or the carrier’s own fees come on top?

No. Meta’s per-conversation fees and the telephony carrier’s per-minute charges are inside our price. There are no pass-through line items.

Can I run more than one vertical?

Yes. A bank running both personal loans and credit cards is two lines of business, each with its own number and knowledge base; the agreement covers both.

How do I pay?

A prepaid balance in rupees, topped up as you go, or a monthly commitment invoiced in INR with GST. Your dashboard shows the balance and every charge against it.
