Wallets and billing
What you pay for, how to read the Billing page, and what happens when a wallet runs out.
KonvoLead is prepaid, in rupees. Calls and WhatsApp messages each draw from their own wallet. Your KonvoLead contact adds money to your wallets under your agreement with us; you can't top up from the dashboard. To add more, contact us.
Open Billing in the menu, under Configure. Both balances also show at the bottom of the menu.

- Calls: what's left in the Calls wallet, how long it lasts at your current pace, and your price for a minute of call.
- WhatsApp messages: the same for the WhatsApp wallet, with your price for a reply.
- Spent each day, from each wallet.
- What you paid for: your usage, line by line, with the total.
- What it bought: what you spent, against the site visits it led to.
- Download statement saves every top-up and charge from both wallets as a spreadsheet (CSV), one row each, whatever the filter shows.
Further down, the Statement lists every top-up and charge. Each day's usage is one line; open it to see each call and message. Show All, or only Top-ups, Calls or WhatsApp.
What's charged
Only two things:
- Calls, by the minute. Each minute of an answered call is charged as it starts, so an unanswered call costs nothing. A call picked up by voicemail counts as answered. Calls by a qualifying agent (one that follows a call script) have their own price.
- WhatsApp replies from the agent: one price for the reply that opens a conversation, and a lower one for each later reply. A conversation opens again after 24 hours with no reply.
Your prices are on the Billing page. Setting up projects, reading documents, building answers and paging your team are never charged.
Tests you run yourself are charged like real use. See What testing costs.
When a wallet runs out
Below ₹0, nothing new starts:
- Calls: campaign calls aren't placed until the Calls wallet is topped up. A buyer who rings in is told a colleague will follow up, and your team is paged.
- WhatsApp: a buyer who starts a new conversation is told a colleague will follow up, and your team is paged (once each time the wallet runs out).
- Test chats and test calls pause.
Calls and conversations already under way carry on until the wallet reaches its limit below zero (₹200 unless KonvoLead has set another; each wallet card shows yours), so nobody is cut off half-way. A call that reaches the limit ends with the agent saying a colleague will follow up.
Nothing is lost. Once the wallet is topped up, the agent picks up again from the buyer's next message.
Check your balances before a large campaign.
