Every outlet’s front desk, answered on the first ring.
KonvoLead answers guests on WhatsApp and on calls with the right outlet’s hours, prices and stylists, quotes a price only once it knows what it is the price of, and passes appointment requests to the salon to confirm.
Where salon bookings are lost.
The phone rings mid-service
The person at the desk is with a guest. Every unanswered call is an appointment that went to the salon down the road.
Every outlet has its own answers
Hours, weekly offs, parking, stylists and prices differ from one outlet to the next, and a guest calling one number rarely says which they mean.
A haircut has no single price
It depends on hair length and the stylist’s level. A figure quoted too early becomes a disagreement at billing.
They reach you, or you reach them. Same agent.
Inbound answers whoever contacts your number; Outbound opens conversations with a list you upload. Both qualify, request the appointment, and hand off to your team.
Every outlet’s number, answered
Guests message or call; the agent works out which outlet they mean, answers from that outlet’s facts, explains the membership and offers exactly as published, and passes an appointment request with the outlet, service, day and time.
- Hours, address, parking and stylists per outlet — never one outlet’s facts given for another
- Prices by hair length and stylist level, exactly as your price list gives them; no discounts worked out or services added up
- Allergies, pregnancy and skin concerns go to a person: the agent does not advise
Membership renewals and win-backs
Call members whose membership is about to end, or guests who have not been back in a while, from a script you write and the guest details you import — and pass anyone interested to the front desk.
- A renewal call that knows the guest’s own visits, stylist and unused services, from your file
- Opt-outs honoured on every channel; nothing outside your hours
- Interested guests handed to the front desk with the whole conversation
Every answer is traceable to a fact you approved.
Generic chatbots improvise. In salons, a wrong number is a lost deal or a compliance risk — so the agent answers only from facts you verified, with the source on every one, and says it will check when something is not on record.
- Verified knowledge base. Facts are structured and human-checked before the agent can use them.
- Provenance on every fact. Each answer carries its source — the document, page or website it came from.
- Accuracy measured, not assumed. Answers are continuously scored against your verified facts.
Warm leads get a appointment request. Everyone gets a brief.
Captured as they talk
Budget, preference, timeline and intent are recorded during the conversation — never asked twice — and shown on the lead’s page.
Requests the appointment
Agreed in the chat or on the call, inside your hours, and recorded for your team to confirm. A time that looks wrong is flagged rather than dropped, and the customer is never told it is booked until it is.
Human handoff with context
The right rep is paged on WhatsApp with the whole lead — who, what they want, and a one-line reason to call. The agent keeps answering routine questions meanwhile.
Can it handle several outlets and brands?
Yes. Each outlet keeps its own hours, address, parking, stylists and prices; the membership, offers and bridal packages are held once per brand. The agent asks which outlet a guest means before it gives an outlet’s fact, and looks figures up again when they switch.
Does it book the appointment?
It passes the salon a request with the outlet, service, day, time and name, after checking the time against that outlet’s hours and weekly off. The salon confirms the slot; the guest is never told they are booked before that.
What about memberships and offers?
It explains them exactly as you publish them, with their conditions and dates. It never works out what a guest would save or takes a discount off a price — the salon applies those at billing.
What happens with a complaint or a health question?
Both go to a person. A complaint or a refund is apologised for once and passed on; an allergy, a pregnancy or a skin concern gets no advice from the agent, only a call from someone at the salon.
